Pink tinted stems, will turn a deeper pink to red in full sun. Good flavour and strong growth habit.
 
Plant into rich and well-draining soil, in semi-shade to full sun.
Celery will do best planted in Autumn, Winter and early Spring.
 
As the celery grows, mound soil around the base of the plants to blanch the stems and keep them tender.
 
Water well for the first few days after planting, and then as needed. Plants will require more water during dry periods.
